5 Osbourne Road N13 5PT is a supported living service for vulnerable adults Under (Filey Care support LTD)
Recent incidents and threats made to the accommodation and previous incidents in the community in connection to one of our residents we are supporting has raised concerns, as part of our risk management and supporting our clients, to be mindful for all of our residents safety including staff by unknow public members unable to provide details of persons responsible threats made via phone calls to the project and threats of retrieving money by force and violence on behalf of service user who reside at the project, safeguard alerts have been made police have been contacted with reference numbers obtained.
As a secondary safety measure, support from community police visiting the service/Accommodation meeting with residents offering local community support and providing further assistants is keeping our local service safe.
