Hi everyone,
Here at Age UK Enfield we’ve been busy creating opportunities for people affected by dementia to find meaningful activities and connect people.
We’ve put together a programme of online sessions, postal activity packs, YouTube activities and telephone groups.
In November we will also be hosting a range of Dementia Activities all via Zoom session
- Creative Activities on 12th November at 2pm
- Dementia Awareness Q&A 19th November at 4pm
- Making Life Story Books 26th November at 2pm
Below are our weekly online sessions
- Tuesdays 12.00 - Seated Yoga – Gentle dementia friendly exercise via zoom
- Tuesdays 3.30pm – Social Singalong – Dementia Friendly sing along via zoom
- Friday at 11am – Memory Club – a fortnightly activity session – exercise, music, quizzes, CST, all things fun
