A Celebration of Women in Business on International Women's Day

Online Event

202103 celebration of women in business

This is an Enterprise Enfield event in association with North London Business Hub & NLCCE

Enterprise Enfield has been helping people to start, grow and develop their businesses for 36 years. We are passionate about supporting and championing women in business and run a number of bespoke business support programmes for women in London. This International Women's Day, we have invited some of our inspiring Female Founders Ambassadors to speak at this exciting online session.

Join us to hear our Female Founders' stories - the journeys they've taken, how they have overcome challenges - particularly how they have adapted their businesses over the past year, following the Covid-19 pandemic. Pick up tips for your own business and listen to their thoughts and ambitions for the future. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

Our inspiring Female Founder speakers include:

  • Marie-Anne Rase, My Gammies - a multi-award-winning, free from, vegan bakery. The first bakery in the UK where the factory and products are free-from all 14 allergens since the company was founded.
  • Lisa Seagroatt, HR Fit For Purpose - an HR Consultant passionate about helping businesses create healthy workplace cultures. Winner of the 2020 Enterprise Nation Top 50 Adviser Award (HR category).
  • Audra Daws-Knowles, Audra's Brooches - a thoughtfully curated collection of antique, vintage and retro brooches. Audra's Brooches was nominated as a Top 25 Online Atelier by Homes & Antiques magazine.
  • Susan Nguyen, The Nail Group - a vibrant nail salon in the heart of Tottenham offering quality nail care services and a range of branded merchandise and products.

The session will be hosted by Enterprise Enfield Business Adviser/ Presenter, Jo Sealy.
