Creative Careers Fair for 16-20 year olds

This event is for young people aged 16-20 and professionals working with this age group in an education or youth community capacity.

Did you know that the Creative Industries represent 1 in 6 of London jobs, is a growing industry and a sector with exciting and long-term career prospects?

Enfield Council, in partnership with our amazing local creative community, are delighted to be holding our first Create Enfield Careers Fair, at Millfield Theatre, Edmonton on 28th and 29th June, for young people from across Enfield aged 16+. This is not a job fair, but an event introducing young people to the rich range of creative careers and opportunities in Enfield and the wider London region.

The fair will be delivered over 2 afternoon sessions, with registration at 12:45pm and the sessions running from 1-3:30pm. Each afternoon will include inspirational talks and Q&A's from creative leaders working in gaming, design, performing arts and architecture; fun, practical hands-on workshops in Film, Djing/music production, Gaming, Theatre Tech., Art, Design and Architecture; and more creative industry employers, further education and trade bodies represented through stalls and information stands.

These events are free for all young people aged 16+ in the borough, and are delivered as part of the council's Create Enfield programme to develop culture and creative enterprise across Enfield. Young people from schools, youth clubs and colleges are all welcome.
