Car park, Gordon Hill Station EN2 0QU

202202 making tracks

Evoking the sights and sounds of travelling.

9th and 12th February

For two nights in February, Stow Film Lounge and the Friends of Gordon Hill Station bring you the sounds and images of a train station on the outskirts of a small suburban North London Town.

Taking you on a journey from the 1900s to the present day. See and hear the power of steam, feel the excitement of travelling, of departing and arriving, hear half heard snippets of chatter.

Intrigued? Make tracks to Gordon Hill Railway Station.

Sights and sounds will be projected onto Gordon Hill Station on Wednesday 9th of February and Saturday 12th February from sunset to 21:00.

The curated film, especially for this show, lasts about 30 minutes and will be shown on a continuous loop.

Some refreshments will be available from Luv♥️Coffee in the Ticket Hall.

While at Gordon Hill Station why not see the Shaypress mural and in the Waiting Room on platform 2 read Platform Poetry by the Enfield Poets, and see a photographic exhibition “London”, by the Edmonton Camera Club.
