Take part in a creative workshop and help design a new mural for Dugdale Arts Centre.
Join artist Alec for a Public Art Designing workshop, focusing on developing ideas and concepts for DAC's new mural using reclaimed paint provided by the North London Waste Authority. This creative journey emphasises collaboration and your community in shaping public art.
Working alongside fellow participants, you will create an unified abstract collage using recycled materials to highlight one of the core values of the project, sustainability. Any objects you would like to bring to represent your culture, history of values such as photographs or fabrics are welcome!
Make your mark for current and future generations by having your say in this public artwork.
We are particularly interested in participation from members of our Black, Asian and global majority communities.
14:30 - 16:30. This workshop includes spending 10 minutes outside.
