Green Business Round Table Online Session

Join our panel of successful green businesses and organisations in Enfield to hear about the work they are doing to help the environment.

This session is delivered by Enterprise Enfield as part of Enfield's Big Green Climate Festival week - organised by EnCaf (Enfield Climate Action Forum) Enfield's Big Green Climate Festival .

Whether it's helping to cut building energy consumption; manufacturing products with minimum waste; adopting recycling; encouraging people to plant trees; or providing local and sustainable food - join us to hear about the services local businesses are providing and how they are helping to protect the environment. Pick up tips and practical steps you can take yourself to become greener - there will be plenty of time ask questions too!

Sof Sophoclis, Ecologic Energy

Amanda Bronkhorst, Just One Tree

Whilst on maternity leave from her TV Production career Amanda was disturbed by the urgency of the climate crisis – she was so driven by apprehension for what the future might hold for her daughter, she felt compelled to take action. And so JUST ONE Tree was born - a non-profit initiative removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and reversing biodiversity loss through global reforestation.

JUST ONE Tree allows people to become part of the solution. With just £1 planting 1 tree, it encourages large-scale minimal participation and simplifies the process for everyone to get involved. In its first 2 years, JUST ONE Tree has planted over 1 million trees and seen businesses from a range of backgrounds, including the film and clothing retail industry, uniting under the JUST ONE Tree banner.

Zoe White, Zinfinity

Zoe is the founder of Zinfinity, a company which designs and makes unusual, inclusive jewellery and body adornment. Zoe considers her impact in every part of the process whether it's designing a piece of jewellery to teaching a workshop. Zoe has received a number of awards for her commitment to the environment – including the Green Business Award and the EcoStep Award – and the company is a kite-marked Green business. Some of Zoe’s creations are made from recycled everyday materials which she transforms into wonderful jewellery and body adornment items.
