Guardians of Whitewebbs: Spring 2026 nature walk
Saturday 21 March 11.00am
Café, Beggars Hollow, Whitewebbs EN2 9JN///skip.effort.drip

Meet at the café, Beggars Hollow, Whitewebbs Park, EN2 9JN (turn off Clay Hill). 💚🌱Join us on a March walk exploring the beauty of Spring emergence at Whitewebbs! 💛🥰We will be looking out for early emerging species of all kinds. Butterflies such as Red Admiral, Brimstone and Peacock (pictured) are starting to emerge now, alongside bees such as Tawny Mining Bees and Hairy-footed Flower Bees. 🦋🐝 The Plum Cherry is already in blossom, and we'll take a gentle stroll looking out for other flowering trees, such as Blackthorn trees that will be flowering soon, as well as the rarer species of tree and insect our Benny Hawksbee and Russell Miller can identify! 🌸🌼Do join us at this abundant time of year to explore all the beauty Whitewebbs has to offer. We look forward to seeing you there! 🙏✨🗺️ Directions: We have noticed that Google Maps can take you on a much longer route than is necessary. Please, especially when coming by public transport, enter your destination as "Beggars Hollow, Enfield, EN2 9JN". This short road will take you to Whitewebbs Café, where this event will start. This means that you can take the most direct route. 📍📸 Photo by Caroline Day and graphic by Sam Gracie Tillbrook.#whitewebbspark #enfield #naturewalk
