Arrival: 8:00am – 8:45am
Entry: £15 per car (£12 if booked in advance)/ £10 walk-in pitch (£7 in advance)
Table hire: £5 (very limited availability – book in advance)
🛍 Buyers
Entry: 9:00am – 12:30pm
£2 on the day
£1 if booked in advance online
Free entry for children under 16 (must be accompanied by an adult - parents/carers are responsible for their children on site).
All money raised from pitch hire/ table hire & entry fees goes to HPSA for investment in enhancing children’s education at Hazelwood Schools!
📌 IMPORTANT - Please note the following terms & conditions:
Two adults per pitch.
Pitches allocated on first come, first served basis.
🚗 Vehicles cannot leave the site until sales close at 1pm. Please follow staff instructions when driving on school grounds. Site to be cleared by 2pm.
💞 Preloved/personal household items only may be sold.
🚫 Prohibited items: weapons, food and drinks, fireworks, alcohol and tobacco, counterfeit or stolen goods.
⛔️ No commercial traders.
🐕 No dogs allowed on site.
♻️ Please take all unsold items and rubbish home with you.
⚠️The organisers accept no liability for loss or damage of property during the sale.
