Friday 6 May until Saturday 30 July
Immersive theatre: The Ghost of Chesterton House
Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6th May to 30th July. Sessions at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.
Experience the “absolutely terrifying” immersive ghost story live inside a pop-up Victorian dining room. It’s a “classic ghost story twinned with some shocking scares” and unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
The Ghost of Chesterton House takes place with just 14 people in each performance, the perfect “hybrid of stage play and immersive experience”. This story unfolds around you, as you remain “voyeurs in a terrifying scenario that you can’t control”.
You will be seated with a handful of hardy souls willing to uncover The Ghost of Chesterton House. Hold your nerve as a brutal storm looms in the distance and the lights start to flicker; it begins.
“A man seeks the company of a lodger to help exorcise the ghostly visions that haunt him. However as night creeps in, and in a world of failing light and creaking floorboards, they soon discover shadows lurking in the dark…”
Come face to face with the Ghost of Chesterton House and find out for yourself what really happened to Jacob Ward that fateful autumn night…
