One of the UK’s leading blues guitarists returns to Firs Farm Community Hub for a powerful night of live music that blends Blues with rich Jazz and Funk influences.

After an outstanding performance in 2025 that left the audience buzzing long after the final note, Mete and his exceptional band are back by popular demand. Expect soaring guitar work, deep grooves, and an atmosphere that only quality live music can deliver.

About Mete

Mete trained in music theory and performance at G.I.T. in London under Edward Speight, Jazz Professor at the Royal Academy of Music. Since graduating, he has built an impressive career as a professional session and touring guitarist, as well as a respected music educator.

His career highlights include:

  • Collaborating with global artists including George Michael (Top 10 hit)
  • Working with major organisations such as BBC, Sky, and National Geographic
  • Touring with productions like Stars in Their Eyes and alongside Toby Bourke
  • Releasing three acclaimed albums with his band London Blusion, including Three is a Crowd (IBBA Best Album Award winner)
  • Performing at iconic venues like Abbey Road Studios
  • Appearing at leading festivals including the Cambridge Rock & Blues Festival and the Great British Guitar Festival
