Tours will be held on Friday 20th June and Sunday 22nd June at 11 and at 2pm and no prior booking will be required.
A visit to Wolves Lane Horticulture Centre will be an experience like no other. There'll be guided tours around our unique site, leading you through our 1970s glasshouses where we grow and harvest our crops. Converse with those shaping and working the spaces and learn more about how – one seed at a time – we’re shaping the food system available and accessible to our communities
This year's event offers the public an opportunity to see inside our new eco- buildings. Designed by Studio Gil and Material Cultures and the communities at Wolves Lane, the buildings use strawbales, clay plastering and rainwater harvesting solutions to combat the too often harmful impact of traditional construction practices. They are one-of-a-kind, and will act as gathering places for our communities to meet, to share, exchange, conduct business, and for individuals “to be”.
On this LFA tour you will hear from and be part of the Voices of Wolves Lane.
Tours will be held on Friday 20th June and Sunday 22nd June at 11:00am and at 2:00pm and no prior booking will be required.
The entrance to the Wolves Lane Centre is located on Wolves Lane about 200m from the junction with White Hart Lane.
