This full meeting of Enfield Council will discuss agenda items postponed from the September meeting, when the agenda was rearranged to pay tribute to the late Queen.
The first item on the agenda is likely to be discussion of a petition organised by Action for Enfield's Future, which had more than 4000 signatories.
Action for Enfield's Future has asked supporters of the petition to attend the meeting (as observers only, they will not be allowed to participate).
