A unique chance to hear from two bestselling writers who experienced the Coronavirus crisis first hand, as patient and doctor. Michael Rosen spent much of last year in hospital suffering from the virus, including six weeks in an induced coma. Many Different Kinds of Love: A story of life, death and the NHS mixes stunning new prose poems from the former Children’s Laureate with the moving diaries of the doctors and nurses who saved his life. Palliative care specialist Dr Rachel Clarke has followed the acclaimed Dear Life and Your Life In My Hands with Breathtaking: Inside the NHS in a time of pandemic, her unflinching but hopeful account of her time on the COVID-19 wards. They will be in conversation with Jewish Renaissance editor Rebecca Taylor.
