July's menopause meetup will be a little different
This month, we’re doing things a little differently. Instead of our usual guest speaker format, we’ll be hosting a special interactive session featuring a range of information stalls.
We’ll have a variety of professionals joining us, including specialists in menopause care, nutrition, mental health, fitness, and more. This will be a fantastic opportunity to mingle, ask questions, and gather resources in a relaxed, informal setting. You can move between stalls at your own pace, connect with experts, and explore the support available to you. The first 50 attendees will receive a free goody bag.
Whether you’re looking for advice, resources, or just a friendly chat, there will be something for everyone. Feel free to bring a friend or colleague along—this event is open to all who are interested in learning more about menopause and wellbeing.
