Movement and Wellbeing Group for people living with neurological conditions

Run by North London Hospice‘s Outpatient Service at North London Hospice in Enfield (N21 3AY), these sessions are for people in the Enfield, Haringey and Barnet boroughs who are living with neurological conditions. The sessions are also open to their family and friends, as a way to connect, move together and to support one another.

The face-to-face group will offer guided movement led by physiotherapy and emotional support led by dramatherapy for people with neurological conditions, inclusive of all abilities. Participants will experience a respectful, safe and confidential space to engage in movement and creative activity for wellbeing.

These group meetings will be taking place on the following dates:

  • Thursday 2 March at 3-4pm
  • Thursday 16 March at 3-4pm
  • Thursday 30 March at 3-4pm
  • Thursday 13 April at 3-4pm
  • Thursday 27 April at 3-4pm

Please arrive from 2.45pm for the session.
