Escape into the enchanted forest alongside Hermia, Lysander, Helena and Demetrius as they get more than they bargained for, when a vibrant cast of magical woodland fairies take matters into their own hands.
With ELSF’s signature high-energy numbers, slapstick comedy, and audience participation, this is Shakespeare for everyone! Alongside a community engagement programme with lots of opportunities to get involved.
BYO Picnics welcome: gates open an hour before the show, so bring a picnic, soak up the atmosphere.
For younger members of the audience (3+), you can also take part in a pre-show ‘flower-fairy’ headband making workshops run by cast members. This is at a small additional charge to show tickets so please add a separate workshop ticket when booking,

The space is an old bowling green without cover. The surface is grass and whilst well drained, is likely to be damp after the weather we have had recently. Please bring your own picnic chair/rug for the performance. If you wish you can bring your own food and drink - we are unable to provide a bar for this event.
There are some tickets on the door if you have any friends or family that want to come at the last minute.
