Change of use
Initially built as a conventional office building in the 1980s to house several Haringey Council services, use has now been adapted into two floors of affordable work space for local creative businesses and artists. The repurposing of 40 Cumberland Road will form part of the Corridor of Culture in Haringey's Borough of Culture 2027.
