But little does Nemorino know that his "magic potion" is nothing more than a bottle of cheap wine, sold to him by the cunning (and somewhat eccentric) travelling doctor, Dulcamara. As Nemorino's confidence grows, so does the confusion, leading to a series of funny and touching twists and turns.
