What is Theatre in Health?
Using theatre and script to support and improve quality of life, reduce stress, and support recovery from illness or disability. Theatre in Health is open to all and its goal is to maintain and enrich overall mental and physical wellbeing
What is a Community Masterclass?
A creative and compassionate space to explore themes and characters from The Height of the Storm through improvisation and off text exploration (it is not necessary to have seen the production).
A space to help, build & develop self confidence in everyday life.
A reflective space to become the author and director of our your life narrative and to feel empowered to 'change the script'.
