Fore Street for All in partnership with Enfield Climate Action Forum and Civic Voice invite you to an event tackling some our biggest threats to our community (air pollution, well-being and lack of green spaces). Have your say! 6-9.00pm

We will have poetry workshops with Write2Speak.

Sustainability focused workshops and live music and talks.

Join us for our monthly programme of events at Fore Street Living Room Library. In partnership with EnCaf and Civic Voice. Libaharan Ravindran - Live Poetry

Libaharan is an Enfield based climate activist and poet, and will be performing a series of works around the themes of the climate emergency and social justice.

Enfield People's Theatre

'If Not Now Then When?'
This play was written and devised by Enfield People's Theatre. It is part of their campaign on Climate Change and in particular, air pollution. In this short extract we meet Gaia (Mother Earth) defending the Earth and it's Peoples against the ever encroaching Corporate Greed.
Judge Jury and Executioner written by Tom Jensen highlights the climate inequality of the Global South as the rich west plunders it with impunity. However, as shown by our heroine not for much longer!

Kyle Bean - Free Papercraft workshop
6:30-7:30pm & 8:00-9:00pm
Attendees will have the opportunity to create a layered paper diorama depicting an environment which highlights the importance of green spaces.

Lila Rose - Plarn Crochet Workshop
6:30-9:00pm
Join Lila Rose in upcycling your waste into useful plastic yarn by exploring techniques including crochet, knitting or knotting.

Write 2 Speak - Poetry Workshop and Open Mic

Have your say in our bi-monthly workshops. This month Write 2 Speak will be focusing on climate change. Open Mic from 7.30pm

Chris Chipatiso - Introduction to Aquaponics
6:00 - 9:00pm
Join grower Chris Chipatiso who will be introducing locally grown vegetables and microgreens using Aquaponics - sustainable farming utilising fish, marked by the absence of soil and pesticides. He’ll also be showing you how to grow micro greens within 10 days and showcasing all the nutritional benefits. Stop by to sample his produce!

Djanan Turan is a London-based Turkish singer, songwriter and producer. As one of the main proponents of North London underground music, she performs with her band her songs with various kind of musical influences from disco to reggae, and psychedelic Anatolian folk.
