A local resident is appealing for information from witnesses of an incident in Hazelwood Recreation Ground on 22nd May. Please pass information via WhatsApp (+447718884965) or email ().

I helped Simba the cat on May 22nd around 7pm, after he was attacked by two large dogs in the Hazelwood Recreation Ground N13, and sadly died 3 days later.
The owner of the dog made no attempts to help Simba after the incident. The dogs were not muzzled and were off lead.
In working with Simba's owners and some others, we believe we know the dog owner's name and where he lives, and there is an open report / crime reference number following the incident.
About the dogs: 2x Italian masttiffs (aka cane corso) one black, one grey / lighter champagne/beige coloured.
The owner: Approx 50 years old, Mediterranean/Arabic/Asian, Stocky build approx 5'8, bald/shaved head
We have one eye witness who I am in touch with, and knows the dogs and the owner.
The help I'm asking for (In order to have a better chance of successful legal action)
1) We urgently need footage (doorcam recordings or CCTV) placing the dog owner in the area, on the 22nd May . If you have cctv at home please please review your system and let me know if you see anything (Middle aged man, Mediteranian/arab/ look, large build, shaved head/bald, plus the two dogs)
2) We need more eye-witnesses. If you witnessed the attack or even if you can confirm you saw the dog walker in the park that evening (with dogs not on lead), please get in touch with me
3) If you are aware of any past incidents with this dog walker, please let me know so that this information can be shared with the police
