The Shop near the Palmers Green Triangle where Iceland was, and Woolworth many years ago, has been closed for over one year now. Does anyone know if there are any plans for what might open there?

Given the over supply of retail space in Palmers Green and the under supply of housing, I'd suspect residential would be the best option.
