Certainly no upset to me. Positive to see strong interest in PG improvement, but that always needs to be tempered with what is achievable and by who.
Large capital projects, such as a cinema on the high street say, would need significant investment and so the strong chance of a decent return as well as no / minimal risk of loss to the investor(s). A PG high street operating more as a community hub and attractive destination for those living further away, rather than a drive through, would make such things more likely; my belief anyway. Certainly where we are now and have been the last years hasn’t worked for the wider stakeholder groupings.
Maybe there are other viewpoints?
