Forum topic: Arnos Park river restoration project

I do appreciate the manner in which Irene wishes to gain more information about this extremely contentious issue.  Like her, I was undecided, and not a member of a group with very specific objectives and aims, such as Pymmes BrookERS.  I was simply an Arnos Park user, who loved this much valued the park.  I have now spoken to so many people, listening to all sides of the argument, and visiting many other local parks, so that I now know what my views are....River Restoration - not River Relocation.  

So, in the absence of any action from the Council officers, a meeting has been arranged at the Adelaide Room, Walker Ground, 7 p.m. July 17th, where local people will have the opportunity to voice their concerns.  Come along, if you can, and discuss this with other affected people.
