For some time now, a person, or persons, have considered it acceptable to deface the public information and safety notices in, and on the gates of, Arnos and Broomfield Parks. with their political stickers. Obviously, these are swiftly removed, but they then leave an unsightly sticky residue, and, in some cases, appear to have permanently damaged the notices.
This is continuing to happen, and surely needs to stop. I appreciate that this individual may think that they are justified in doing this, but surely the safety of park users has some significance? Therefore would they kindly find somewhere else to post their stickers!.

And so, this flyposting continues. As we are aware, this is a crime (unless LBE has given permission...which I doubt!). It is a dangerous and unlawful activity, which, as a J.P., I must obviously oppose. It is the park safety notices which seem to be mostly affected by this crime. I doubt that the perpetrator is part of our PG Web Community, but if they are, would they kindly desist from continuing with this criminal activity. Whatever justification the may think they have, 'two wrongs do not make a right'!
