I'm currently looking for a 1 bed flat for myself. I am a professional, I'm single, I don’t party, I need a quiet place & my job is very stressful.

Needed by 7.11.2020. Budget £1100-£1250 absolutely max.

I have a 12-year-old indoor cat who definitely doesn't scratch things.

I have references.
