Healthwatch Enfield are excited to announce a new project that we are collaborating on with the London Ambulance Service (LAS) trust.

As part of their next steps, the LAS are developing a 5-year plan spanning from 2023 – 2028, which will illustrate ways in which they will further improve urgent and emergency care, with special focus on addressing health inequality.

The LAS value the voices of the people they serve, and want them to be at the centre of their mission. Which is why it is crucial that they hear from you first-hand to adapt their strategies accordingly.

Healthwatch Enfield have agreed to conduct a short survey to facilitate the co-operation between the LAS and you, the people. The survey seeks to garner opinions and feedback on how the LAS can improve emergency care, work with other parts of healthcare systems and do more to contribute to life in London. The responses will then be relayed to the LAS for them to consider and incorporate into their latest strategy.

The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes. We would like to thank you in advance for taking part in this project and would encourage you to share the survey link with others who have used the London Ambulance Service.
