Healthwatch Enfield is seeking input from the public to help develop a mental health and wellbeing guide tailored to the borough's population.

The Adult Mental Health Wellbeing Guide is a new initiative by Healthwatch Enfield, designed to support adults in the community by promoting mental health, emotional resilience, and awareness of local available services. With many residents facing long waits for formal support, the guide will help bridge this gap by connecting individuals to community-based resources and social networks that can provide meaningful support during vulnerable times. It will serve as a practical tool in helping individuals while they are waiting for professional care.
To help with preparation of the guide Healthwatch Enfield are conducting a survey to learn more about how people in Enfield experience and access mental health support. They are interested in whether you know what services are available, the types of mental health challenges you face, and whether a mental health guide would be useful. Your feedback will help understand what information is missing, what support is most needed, and how Healthwatch can improve mental health services across the community.
