Add your voice to the discussion about shaping health and care services in west and north London

Following yet another merger of NHS integrated care boards (ICBs) in London – there was once one for each borough, now Enfield is just one of 13 boroughs where NHS services are overseen by a single ICB – residents are being asked to fill in a new survey and invited to join a residents' forum.

Earlier this year, two NHS bodies - the North West London and North Central London Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) - merged to form the NHS West and North London ICB, serving a population of 4.5 million residents across 13 boroughs. The new organisation is responsible for planning health services and “ensuring the NHS works effectively for local people”.

The new ICB wants to hear from people across west and north London about how they would like to be involved in decisions about designing health and care services.

“Whether it is sharing feedback online, joining conversations to help shape services or hearing updates about local healthcare, we want to understand what works best for local communities.

“This is the start of an important conversation about how the NHS listens to and acts on feedback from people who live in Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.”

In addition to filling in the survey, residents are invited to take part in an online forum, to be held on 9th July (6pm – 7.30pm).

NHS West & North London:  Residents’ Forum – July 2026

Join us for our upcoming Residents’ Forum – an opportunity to hear about and shape the future of health and care services across west and north London.

West and North Central London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the NHS organisation responsible for planning and improving health services across our local boroughs, working with partners to meet the needs of our communities.

At this online session, we’ll share updates on our 10 year plan and how we're developing a framework to ensure resident insight informs what we do. This is your chance to ask questions, share your views, and tell us what matters to you and your community.

Who is this for?

This event is open to people who live in Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. Whether you have engaged with us before or this is your first time, we’d be delighted to welcome you.
