All bringing their wealth of specialisms, experience and knowledge.
Commenting on the launch, Alison Carter Albert, head of prevention services at Age UK Enfield and UCAN lead said “This is an incredible opportunity to reach out to those most in need. With the guiding message "You Can!", UCAN motivates residents to take charge of their health and well-being, building resilience through early intervention and accessible support.”
This approach is closely aligned with Enfield Council's priorities aimed at reducing dependence on healthcare services by addressing needs early and holistically. UCAN can actively contribute to Enfield’s goal of a healthier, more resilient community, ensuring that residents receive the right support to thrive independently and confidently.
