One of the voting papers at the local elections on Thursday 6th May will be for selecting the London Assembly Member for the Enfield & Haringey constituency. The incumbent is Joanne McCartney, who is standing for re-election, along with five other candidates.
Community newspaper Enfield Dispatch, together with sister publication Tottenham Community Press, attempted to contact every candidate to request a statement explaining their key priorities should they win election. Four responses were received, from the Labour, Conservative, Green and Lib Dem candidates.
