An inclusive choir! Everyone is welcome!

Come and be part of the community!

The Palmers Green choir will join the seven existing 'R' Voices choirs, which are all based in North London or not far away. Founder Richard Forbes set up the first choir in Starfish Loves Coffee in 2016 before moving it to a bigger venue in Winchnore Hill, and over the last five years they have played their annual event to hundreds of Palmers Green folk on the Bowling Green in July.

Everyone gets a free taster and no experience is necessary. The choirs are about community and creating a relaxed, stress-free environment. Should you decide to join after your free trial, the costs are all listed on the website.

The repertoire spans the last six decades and mixes genres of contemporary classics by artists such as: Arctic Monkeys, Madonna, Beatles, Amy Winehouse, Fleetwood Mac and and more..

There are no auditions and no musical experience is required. You can just come along.

After the first session on Monday 12th January, Richard Forbes emailed to say:

"I just wanted to get in touch with you to let you know that our opening session at the Fox last night was a huge success. The community sounded beautiful and we had lots of people turn up. Which is largely down to your help and promotion."

The next session will be on Monday 19th January, again at the Fox starting at 7.30pm. Just turn up to find out more or read last week's news item .
