Launching on Friday 14th August, this new smartphone app takes in 12 different locations, 12 translations of the poem Londinium into languages spoken in the borough and 12 stunning digital artworks made using sound recordings of the poetry translated into images.

The exhibition Londinium, with poetry by Anthony Fisher and Voice Portraits by Giovanna Iorio, was due to take place at the Dugdale Centre in April 2020 as part of the Enfield Poets' 20th Anniversary Literary Festival. The exhibition would have featured Anthony Fisher's poem translated into 39 Languages.
As part of Enjoy Enfield Summer 2020 we are launching the exhibition now as a walking tour through Enfield.
On Friday 14th August at 12 noon we will release the link to the downloadable App to take this lovely walk through Enfield Town with 12 of the translations.
The walk starts at the Dugdale Centre. So get your smartphones ready to download the App and join the walk.
