Question 1. What do think is good about the area?

Waitrose, Specsavers, Post office, Red Cross Bookshop, Oxfam, are the main shops I use. Some of the cafes are nice around the Triangle. The parking is not too bad although expensive for an hour stay. Alongside Broomfield Park there are some nice new cafes and restaurants.

Question 2. What do you think is less good about the area?

The number of horrid nail bars, the lack of a good clothes shop for men, women and children. It could do with a departmental store like a Pearsons. Another bookshop and more shoe shops would be nice.

Question 3. What would you like to see to improve the area?

It could do with a departmental store like a Pearsons. Another bookshop and more shoe shops would be nice.

And in my fantasy, a cinema would be fantastic and give teenagers somewhere to go rather than the soulless Odeon on the A10 where there are only chain restaurants to eat.

Question 4b. Specific aspects – parking

Parking too expensive but availability generally ok.
