Good mix of people and amenities, nice housing, parks, shops and restaurants

Parts are grubby and run down, not enough variety of shops, no female friendly bars or pubs

More variety of shops, particularly food shops such as butcher, fishmonger, quality greengrocer. No decent clothes shops or nice gift shops

Shops are not that appealing, restoring Edwardian shop fronts and architecture (such as Baskervilles) is more beneficial than poor quality shop fronts
