Palmers Green Town Centre Improvement Project 2012: Survey responses

Question 1.  What do think is good about the area?

Good – café’s, community market (though still underused) the parks

Question 2.  What do you think is less good about the area?

Less good – litter, dog mess in Broomfield

Question 3. What would you like to see to improve the area?

Improve – café in Broomfield, traffic on Aldermans (a further pedestrian crossing needed)

Parking – limited parking on green lanes. Lodge park quite pricy – good and free on Sunday. Keep it!

Question 4c. Specific aspects – clutter

Clutter – rubbish still dumped

Look of shops –I like the charity shops (they are not always popular) but would like to see empty shops used. A local bookshop would be great.

Question 4f. Specific aspects – amount and use of pavement space

Pavements  -this is OK.(following sentence unintelligible) 

Question 4g. Specific aspects – the Triangle public space

Triangle – quite ?? squalid ?? Toilets not in use – why?

Question 4h. Specific aspects – Greenery

Greenery – we could do better, would be nice to see more – unintelligible 5 words follow

Other – think Baskervilles is doing lots to build ??? community spirit
