Enfield Council has published its plans for the second phase of the Enfield Town Liveable Neighbourhood project. The formal statutory consultation phase runs until 13 July.
Like the first phase, which was completed this January, the project involves improvements to roads and pavements aimed primarily at making Enfield Town safer and pleasanter for people moving around on foot, using mobility scooters and wheelchairs, or cycling.
