An agenda item for Monday's New Southgate Ward Forum will be an update on the trial relaxation of entry/exit points for drivers who live within the western part of the Bowes Primary quieter neighbourhood.
Very short notice, but the New Southgate Ward Forum on Monday 9th February has some important items on the agenda:
- Welcome and introductions
- Discussion of resident priorities
- Bowes Q/N permit trial area briefing and Q&A
- Update from Leader of the Council
- Councillors and council officers question time
- Any other business
The venue is Bowes Primary School, N11 2HL and the start time 7pm. All ward residents are invited.
Item 3 will be a briefing on the trial that commenced in August 2025. During the trial drivers living in the western part of the Bowes QN are permitted to drive into and out of the low-traffic neighbourhood through two control points that were previously open only to blue badge holders.
