Toys and Games wanted!

Enfield Museum is planning its 2017 exhibition, ‘Terrific Toys: Made and Played in Enfield’ which is set to open at the Dugdale on Thursday 13th  April, running through to January 2018.

This free exhibition will explore 100 years of toys and games played with by Enfield children and investigate some of the borough’s factories that produced famous name toys.

Are you a collector with a significant collection of toys from the past century? Do you have toys and games made by local manufacturers? Have you got any photos or film of local toyshops? Do you have one of the earliest Matchbox cars or an original 1960s Sindy doll?

If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Please join us on Thursday 9th February 2017

Drop in to the Dugdale between 6-9pm

Museum staff and a couple of local experts will be on hand to talk about your toys and discuss possible  loans

If you are unable to come on the evening please contact   or 020 8379 1469
