Cycling is an activity that can be enjoyed by all, regardless of disability, health condition or age with our fantastic cycles that are adapted to suit varying abilities. We have a range of two wheeled cycles, trikes and specially adapted bikes for you to use.

How it works

Sessions are drop-in and free of charge. If you’re looking to kickstart a healthier lifestyle, have physical or mental health issues or would just like to cycle with other people in a friendly and safe environment please come along.

If you can’t ride a bike then have a go on our trikes.

If you have a friend or family member that would like to give it a go, please let them know?

If you have a disability come along and try one of our all ability cycles that are adapted to suit varying physical abilities.

If you need help two qualified instructors will be on hand to support you to get the most from the sessions.
