Community Bike Ride: Edmonton Green to Albany Park

Sunday 30 April 2023 2.00pm - 5.00pm

Edmonton Green Station, London N9 7AA

202304 eastern enfield bike ride

Ride Meet Up : 13:30

Ride Departs : 14:00

Everyone's welcome to join Enfield Cycling Campaign and Better Streets for Enfield on a leisurely family-friendly bike ride which will showcase the A1010 bike lane.

The ride is suitable for children and new riders. It will be led and marshalled by experienced volunteers from Enfield Cycling Campaign. We will be going at a nice gentle pace and the entire route will be along the segregated cycle lanes, quiet roads and parkland.

The meeting point is the Cycle Hub outside Edmonthon Green Train Station. The route will showcase the A1010 cycle lane and take us along Hertford Road to Albany Park which has recently been enhanced with fantastic new wetlands areas.

The ride is being supported by Enfield Council's Journeys and Places team and we will be particularly encouraging local community leaders and community groups to take part.

Also it’s a great chance to meet other people who enjoy riding bikes and want to see cycling (and walking) made easier and safer in Enfield :-)
