Tanuja is a director of Power Up North London a local community energy group where she delivers rooftop solar, renewable heat and energy efficiency projects for community sites such as schools, GP practices and community centres. Tanuja is currently delivering two resident-focussed energy efficiency projects, one in Islington and the other in Camden. She is also a director of Community Energy London, the membership organisation for community groups in London.
