Enfield IAPT, Age UK Enfield, Barchester Care and Dementia Prevention UK are pleased to announce a new monthly meetup for anyone affected by perimenopause and menopause. 

Following on from our popular Menopause Workshops, we are adding a monthly peer/social activity, as we know how important it is to talk to others and share experiences. 

Based at the beautiful surroundings at Southgate Beaumont, the monthly evening meetup will have guest speakers, taster sessions and stall holders. Topics will range from managing symptoms, managing anxiety or learning relaxation tips,  HRT and medications, staying fit and active, complementary therapies, diet and nutrition and so much more.
