St Harmonica's Blues Club: Malcolm Bruce + Two Man Job

Friday 16 February 8.30pm

The Southgate Club, 17 Chase Side, N14 5BP (Entrance is in Crown Lane)

202402 malcolm bruce

We are very excited about this week’s offering: the son of the bass player from Cream - the greatest power trio ever - Malcolm Bruce brings his very own trio to play the blues for us. We met Malcolm when he played bass for the Right Reverend Swifty LeZarre at Broomfield Blues last Summer and arranged for him to bring his own band to play some blues for us at the club. So as part of a UK tour, and accompanied by Marco Panzarella on bass and Hugo Degenhardt on drums, Malcolm brings his guitar and vocals to St Harmonicas this Friday 16th February.

Support comes in the form of St Harmonica’s favourite sons, Sky Wood with Jesse Thomas as ’Two Man Job’ providing acoustic blues and Americana of the highest order.

Don’t miss this. Two Man Job will play at 8.30pm followed by two sets from Malcolm Bruce starting just after 9.00pm.

2024 Membership Cards

Membership cards for 2024 are available on the door at just £10 for the year. Thereafter, throughout 2024, admission is free to card carrying members to all Friday Blues evenings and Sunday Jam nights.

We just ask for a contribution into the hat to go towards the musicians’ fees.

See you soon,

Dave, Simon, & John

While we admire and support the Christmas campaigns that we see pop up in December, we also know that help is urgently needed all year round, each and every year. As some people pack away after the festive break, we are still here.

Our support is not limited to a food package, but it leaps beyond - we form connections, we listen and respond to everyone who steps through our doors. We open up a warm, safe, environment which aims to feel like a home away from home.

For us to continue to thrive and grow, and keep supporting as many people as possible, we are asking you to become a Friend of Cooking Champions. Even a donation of just £5-10 per month can make a HUGE impact on the lives of those who come through our doors.

Pop to our People's Fundraising page to donate, and we promise to keep you updated with how your support is making a difference. Thank you, we appreciate you! Team Cooking Champions
