St Harmonica's Blues Club: The Liam Grundy Band + JJJ Darby & Trip Wolfe

We’re looking forward to welcoming the Liam Grundy Band to the club for the first time. Liam Grundy has toured and recorded with Scotty Moore, James Burton, Billy Swan, Dave Edmunds and many more. This piano-led 4-piece band led by Pianist/Vocalist Liam Grundy play Honkytonk Blues with a New Orleans twist and whiskey-soaked bar room favourites Renowned singer/songwriter Liam Grundy is joined by Preben Raunsbjerg, Electric Guitar Wizard from Denmark, Richard Sadler - Blues and Bass Maestro and on drums, session legend Neil Bullock.

A number of our regulars on the blues scene have said how pleased they are that we’ve finally got this band to St Harmonica’s; should be a great night!

Support comes from JJJ Darby with Trip Wolfe providing their unique and original take on the blues. Trip and Jim will play at 8.30pm followed by two sets from the Liam Grundy Band starting just after 9.00pm.

Hopperstomp play a support set at the Southgate Club's Musical Comedy Cabaret "Shirley Knot the Siren" with Debbie Bridge, starting at 8.15pm.
