Stroke awareness event

Our Lady of Mount Carmel & St George Parish Centre
A special event is being held on Wednesday 29th March 2023 to offer advice and information about strokes.
It will take place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel & St George at 45 London Road, Enfield EN2 6DS and will be open from 10 am until 3 pm.
Free lunch and refreshments will be able available throughout the day.
A range of professionals will be on hand to offer expert advice and information about staying healthy, reducing your risk of strokes and how to live well after a stroke.
Activities on the day will include

- Staying active
- Assisted technology for home safety
- Blood pressure checks
- Taster exercise sessions
- Mindfulness
- Stalls and information
The event is brought to you by iCan which is funded by the London Borough of Enfield.
There is no need to book in advance and it's a free event for Enfield residents.
