The 2014 N21 Summer Exhibition on 5th July will be repeating last year's successful formula: artists showing and selling their work on the Green, live acoustic music, Prosecco by the glass and (hopefully this year) sunshine outdoors on the Green, while inside the King's Head craftspeople will be exhibiting and selling their goods, such as ceramics, jewellery and textiles.
This year Southgate Photographic Society will again be showing some of the superb work created by their members, all of it for sale. They will also be offering a unique opportunity to star in your own "Banksy" - to be the subject in one of a range of stylised digital or printed images (see the examples on this page).
No need for an appointment, just turn up to the Society's stand on the Green, view the images and say “I want to be in that one!”.
The photographic society will be using some space at the Bike Boutique on Station Road as a temporary studio, so as well as getting your personalised photograph taken you can also relax with one of Cheryl's excellent coffees and homemade cakes!
