Palmers Greenery community cafe - more vandalism

The Palmers Greenery community cafe in Broomfield Park has posted the following message on Facebook:
"Two weeks ago our lovely lights on the front of our building were vandalised, last weekend our beautiful bunting was burnt and this morning we find this, the small tree growing in our seating area has been bent so badly its trunk has snapped and will now have to be removed. It seems as soon as the evenings get lighter and warmer our poor little Greenery suffers! On a positive note, the sun is shining and our cakes are as good as ever! Come join us!"
The cakes are certainly as good as ever, and so is the coffee and the friendly greeting. The Greenery is open on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays - see www.friendsofbroomfieldpark.org/cafe .
