While we admire and support the Christmas campaigns that we see pop up in December, we also know that help is urgently needed all year round, each and every year. As some people pack away after the festive break, we are still here.
Our support is not limited to a food package, but it leaps beyond - we form connections, we listen and respond to everyone who steps through our doors. We open up a warm, safe, environment which aims to feel like a home away from home.
For us to continue to thrive and grow, and keep supporting as many people as possible, we are asking you to become a Friend of Cooking Champions. Even a donation of just £5-10 per month can make a HUGE impact on the lives of those who come through our doors.
Pop to our People's Fundraising page to donate, and we promise to keep you updated with how your support is making a difference. Thank you, we appreciate you! Team Cooking Champions

run HERE FILM FESTIVAL, which showcases local talent;
buy good quality equipment to improve your cinema experience;
establish two new local groups - one in Bowes Park/Bounds Green and another in Bush.......
A play to be performed this week at the Dugdale Centre traces the lives of two notable women from Edmonton - one thought to be a witch, the other a saint.
Calling it a "play" doesn't really do it justice - The Determined and the Damned includes especially written lyrics, a live band, films clips and animation.
Local theatre group InterACTion has assembled a cast of 25 people to present the two lives. Three different actors play the "witch", three more the "saint". Reflecting.......

"I would love to but would feel far too embarrassed". "I think it would be great fun but I don't have the confidence to actually do it".
What would your response be if someone asked you to participate in a drama class? The trouble is, our 4-year-old self probably wouldn't respond, as they'd be into that class quicker than you can say 'Shakespeare'.
As we get older, we get more inhibited, insecure, reserved, self-aware. Which is no surprise because from as young as 14 yrs old we're being.......
An Enfield-based playwright is looking for actors to play parts in a play about the dangers of new media to be staged at the Dugdale Centre in January.
My name is tom is a new play by Alan Spence, whose company, Theatre is real life, will be performing the play from 13th to 16th January.
The play explores the problem of e-safety and new media for young people and adults. What starts out as a typical boy-meets-girl story later goes horribly wrong. When Paris and Darnell are exposed, they.......
